Blower motor resistor replacement

The heater blower motor reduces or increases the amount of air blowing through the dashboard vents based on the fan speed selected or, in an automatic climate control system, the interior temperature and other factors. Turbo Actuator Gearbox

The Turbo Electronic Actuator controls the turbocharger boost output. It is used in Variable Geometry Turbochargers, which are fitted with movable vanes that determine the direction of the exhaust flow. The actuator acts as a relief valve that can adjust the direction of the vanes and thereby, the direction of the exhaust. It does this with the help of the boost pressure of the primary turbocharger and the vacuum inside the intake manifold. The actuator is controlled by the Engine Control Unit which measures the speed and load on the engine.

The turbo actuator does a simple but vital job – it acts as a pressure relief valve that controls the boost output of your turbo, diverting excess exhaust gases away from the turbine wheel. This controls the speed of the turbine, preventing it from over-speeding, and regulating the speed of the compressor. What Does a Blower Motor Resistor Do?

Definition

"Blower motor" refers to an electrically operated fan in a vehicle that supplies air to the passenger compartment. The heater blower resistor helps control the rate at which the blower motor supplies this air. A blower motor resistor, typically located beneath the passenger side dashboard, contains three resistors, or sets of terminals designed to generate voltage in proportion to electrical current. These resistors allow the blower motor to function at lower speeds.

Function

Window Regulator For Renault

The mechanism that moves the window up and down is called the window regulator. In cars with power windows, the window regulator is powered by an electric motor, called the window motor. In some cars, the window motor comes with the window regulator as one unit; in others, the window motor can be replaced separately.
